2025 was amazing BUT…💔 We struggled with imposter syndrome.
We lost a friendship of 15+ years.
We felt burnt out from overextending ourselves with work.
We went through the loss of a family member.
We struggled to balance working out and traveling.
We dealt with health issues.
We were exhausted from lack of sleep.
We missed big events and holidays away from home.
We missed our family and our cats while traveling.
We felt stuck in our business at times.
And there were months we were financially scared. Even though 2025 was our best year yet, we want to remind you that not everything is as perfect as it looks online. Some days were really good. Some days were really hard. We had big wins, but we also struggled mentally. But, we showed up. We kept going. 📍 Takachiho Gorge This place has been on our bucket list forever, and it completely lived up to the hype. The water is unreal blue, the cliffs are massive, and walking through the gorge honestly feels like stepping into a movie 😭 We didn’t get to do the boat ride because it was fully booked, so learn from us and reserve ahead. Book about 2 weeks early when reservations open. That said, even without the boat, it’s still insanely beautiful. You can walk the trails above the gorge, stop at viewpoints, grab snacks, and just take it slow. Perfect for anyone who loves nature 🍃 ⏰ Open daily 8:30 AM–5 PM
💴 Boat rentals from ¥5,100 per boat (up to 3 people, 30 mins)
